Technical

The Oneflow connection is built to be used with the Lime CRM Base Solution. This means that if your solution is older or in any way different from the Lime CRM Base Solution, there might need to be some changes made, particularly to the data mapping.

Template Data Mapping

The data mapping is done in the file resources\data.json in the Lime Bootstrap app. It consists of an array of JSON objects. Each object contains the Oneflow key (external_key) and a Lime CRM key (lime_name). The Oneflow key cannot be altered (which also means that new keys cannot be added without assistance from Oneflow), but the Lime CRM part can be changed if needed.
