How it Works
Collections
In Oneflow there are something called Collections. They used to be referred to as Accounts, but that has changed since. Collections allow the customer to categorize their templates and set different access rights for their users.
If there is more than one Collection configured in Lime it is possible to change between them. Only the contracts connected to the active collection and active user is shown. Oneflow can create API tokens for the individual collections, which is how it is possible to configure them separately. It is also possible for Oneflow to provide an account API token, which makes all templates and contracts visible at once.
Validation of user
When a request is made to the Oneflow API it uses the API token
and email
connected to the active coworker to find the user in Oneflow. This makes it difficult for consultants to test if the Oneflow addon works unless there is a test user set up for Lime or if they get the customer's consent to temporarily use a valid email
of theirs for the admin coworker card.
Creating a contract
If the installation is successful and the active coworker has a valid email it is possible to create contracts. This is opened in a new window where the coworker goes through different steps of choosing template, recipient and its role as well as name of a contract. When this is saved it gets connected to the deal card and can be opened in Oneflow to for further customization of the contract.
